Together with the modular housing concept Danbox, Rural Agentur developed a concept for rural student housing at the private social institution Østagergård.

All the houses are moveable, built in a light weight 100 % wood construction requiring a minimum of use of concrete.

10 individual flats and shared facilities fitted into an archetype horse shoe farm structure makes up a modern interpretation of "the farm" with new functions:

A community structure which provides young people ways of (re)-connecting to the countryside and contemporary rurality as part of their student time.
